Sadly there isn't a system-wide PDF editing tool built into the Android operating system, but luckily there is what seems to be an endless list of apps for editing PDF files in the Google Play Store. For basics, especially forms, I like Adobe Fill and Sign which is free on the Play Store.
If you are on a PC, I recommend downloading Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. It's a free scaled-down version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Reader DC has plenty of powerful tools for basic edits and if you're in an environment with a mix of PCs and Macs, there is also a Mac version.

For resident students, bringing your own printer to campus is not necessary and depends on your preference. Printing services are provided in public computing labs and in the Library circulation area. Students are provided 600 free black and white printed copies per semester, then there is a $.06/copy fee for extra printing. Color copies are available on-site in the Copy Center located in the garden level of Towers Hall. Price for a color copy is $0.18 per copy when printed one-sided on color copy paper. Additional cost will apply if color stock or photographic paper is requested. Students may print from their own Windows or Mac OS X computer using the PaperCut client.
Skim is a free, open-source PDF reader and editor for Mac. Built with scientific papers in mind, Skim can view and edit any type of PDF file, giving you the option to add comments, highlight sections, take snapshots, and more.
Foxit PDF Editor also allows you to share and collaborate on PDF files with other colleagues and friends directly. If you need to export to (or convert from) another format, you can do that in seconds. With plenty of professional features, Foxit PDF Editor is a great editor for Mac users, available with a 14 day free trial.
Maple is a powerful and comprehensive interactive symbolic algebra system used for engineering and mathematical instruction and research. Additionally, you can access the Maple Application Center, which is a free online resource of (1.) technical solutions submitted by Maple users from around the world, (2.) Maple Student Center for course help, (3.) Maple Power Tools as add-on packages and (4.) The Maple Reporter, which is published semiannually and covers new developments at Waterloo Maple, Inc.
NVivo is a tool that enables fine-detail analysis, fluid exploration and interpretation, integrating the processes of interpretation and questioning data.
